Emprego e formación. CONCESIÓN DE AXUDAS PARA PROXECTOS AO ABEIRO DAS ESTRATEXIAS DE DESENVOLVEMENTO LOCAL PARTICIPATIVO (EDLP), APROBADAS AOS GRUPOS DE ACCIÓN LOCAL DO SECTOR PESQUEIRO PARA O DESENVOLVEMENTO SUSTENTABLE DAS ZONAS DE PESCA NO MARCO DO FONDO EUROPEO E DE PESCA 2014-2020.

Beneficiarios: 

Investimento produtivo: Persoas físicas ou xurídicas que cumpran os seguintes requisitos:
- Estar empadroada ou ter o seu domicilio social e fiscal nalgún concello do ámbito territorial do grupo de acción local do sector pesqueiro.
- Desenvolver o proxecto no mesmo ámbito territorial.
- As persoas beneficiarias limitaranse á categoría de peme.
- Non ser unha empresa en crise.

Investimento non produtivo: As seguintes entidades:
- Cofradías de pescadores e as súas federacións.
- Asociacións profesionais do sector pesqueiro e as súas federacións.
- Entidades sen ánimo de lucro integradas só por cofradías de pescadores e/ou asociacións do sector pesqueiro.
- Entidades públicas locais.
- Asociacións declaradas de utilidade pública.
- Entidades sen ánimo de luctro que teñan uns determinados obxectivos.

Finalidade: 
Establecer as bases reguladoras, en réxime de concorrencia competitiva, para a concesión de axudas para proxectos ao abeiro das EDLP, aprobados pola Consellería do Mar aos GALP.

Prazo de presentación: UN MES (9 DE XULLO DE 2016).
